Her aim is to help clients succeed and get results from their marketing by providing ways to measure and learn about their customers to uncover opportunities to stay relevant and responsive to their customer needs.
Prior to starting Nickie Lane, Nickie was a partner in and served as the customer relationship executive for a marketing science company. There, she led the go-to-market strategy for the launch of a software as a service (SaaS) business analytics and marketing automation product, and established 75% of new business through referrals and repeat business from existing customers. She led the company for eight years of year-over-year sales growth, helping it grow from a 6-figure sales operation to a multi-million-dollar business.
Nickie is passionate about helping business leaders of new and growing companies know their customers to drive innovation, loyalty and sales. She holds dual bachelor of arts degrees from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
